Pet Policy

No pets over 35 pounds are allowed. Cats and dogs accepted. Two pets allowed per apartment. Deposit for one pet is $350 with possible $150 refundable. Deposit for two pets is $550 with possible $250 refundable. Pet rent adds $20 monthly. Policies are subject to change without notice.

Covered parking and garages

Covered parking is available for $30 on a month-to-month basis. Garages are available in certain areas for $100 on a month-to-month basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.
